Life gets busy. Like really busy! And it's easy to forget to take care of ourselves, to give yourself a little love and time to enjoy all that life has to offer. At Inner Journey Studios my main goal is to create ways for you to be able to have the time to explore yourself through being creative- no special skills or talents required! But you're busy- why should you take this time to create? Quite simply it helps you be a better person. Art journaling can help to reduce stress and anxiety, help promote calmness and quiet your mind, give you a sense of fulfillment and accomplishment...plus it just feels good to throw around paint some days!
